Optional Tip

Tipping has a long history in the hotel and hospitality industry as a monetary expression of thanks for special services. However, our world is increasingly moving towards a cashless future, which will slowly make tipping impossible.

In the everyday life of our hotel, we are also faced with it countless times that the monetary expression of our guests’ satisfaction runs into obstacles and can often only be solved in a complicated way.

As a result, we have created a unique system under which the tip, which amounts to HUF 1,000/room/night, will automatically appear on the room bill. Our guests have the opportunity to confirm this upon departure, if the quality of our services met their expectations during their stay. However, in the opposite case, this amount can also be deleted from the bill, if the guest decides that he does not wish to reward the work of our staff with a tip.

This solution is not only for your convenience, but also recognizes the work of our colleagues, as it is distributed among the members of the staff serving you.
